To construct a new warehouse and office space on Taitimu Street, Tauriko, for the regional use of Northpower.
The building consists of a two storey office at the front of the site, with a large warehouse behind and adjacent fenced yard and carparking areas.
Energy Services were involved from the early design & concept stages. Working with North Power & Form to design lighting, power, emergency lighting and Data to suit their need with room for future expansion.
The project was completed on time and within budget. North Power are very happy and working in their new purpose built premises.
