The client wished to provide a hub for a nationwide business and a facility offering uninterrupted services. There was a strong emphasis on the provision of good acoustics and light open spaces.
A completely new, 475m2 interior fit out. The existing premises were stripped back to bare base and all new services and plant were included in the fitout. Aluminium and glass were used throughout the building. New bathrooms, kitchen and extensive built in joinery were all part of the project.
Featuring in the build were exposed concrete floors, acoustic ceilings, full height acoustic walls with built in functional joinery, a new generator and UPS.
